Alliance Palace - 41-storey multifunctional complex is located in Batumi, close to the sea and boulevard. The 150-room hotel of the world-famous international hotel brand “Courtyard By Marriott Batumi” will be located on the 1st-5th floors of the complex, and the premium class apartments will be located 6th-41st  floors. Since 2018, DСG has been participating in the hotel project.
